People who picked this week’s menu on the website and want to start. Adding them creates their portal account, sets up their plan, saves the dishes they chose as their first order, and emails them a link to set a password.

Everyone you have talked to — leads, events and meal prep, both brands, in one list. A record starts at the first enquiry. It turns Active when you give them a portal login, and On hold when something they owe is more than a week past due.
Your team
Everyone who works for you. Staff get the whole admin screen including this tracker. Chefs only get the chef portal and only the jobs you assign them. Give someone access and their password is shown to you once, so you can send it — they change it themselves after that.
