Round Two is coming. Two chefs. One kitchen. A live battle of molecular gastronomy and modern technique — plated in front of you, judged in real time, tasted by the crowd. The competing chefs and their menus will be revealed soon.
The Concept
Two chefs receive the same theme and required ingredients in advance. Each designs a three-course menu, then finishes and plates it live in the open kitchen — spherification, foams, smoke, and sous-vide, technique on full display. You taste both, and your vote helps crown the winner. The theme and ingredients for Round Two will be revealed soon.
How The Night Runs

For The Competing Chefs
This isn't an improv scramble. Each chef gets real time to research, develop, and prep — so the food on the plate is their genuine best. Both chefs get identical access, so the only variable is talent.
Both chefs get the secret theme and required ingredients — all chosen by Chef Antonio — to research and design their menus around.
Equal dedicated time in the Sweet P's kitchen to make components — spheres, gels, sous-vide, mise en place.
Doors open, and chefs finish and plate in front of the crowd. The drama is in the assembly and presentation.
A single surprise element revealed live that both must work in — a spark of the unexpected, fairly applied.
Who Decides
The winner is decided two ways — expert eyes and the energy of the room.
Maria & Antonio score creativity, technique, flavor, plating, and cohesion.
Every ticket holder casts a People's Choice vote. The room has a real say.
